So Kyle and I are officially addicted to the office. we fought it for a long time, but there's no denying it now. We are trying to get caught up before the season premere this Thursday, but I don't think it's going to happen. So don't spoil anything for us. This below, was just about the highlight of the olympics for us. :)

Soccer!

Lily and Beau started soccer this week at the Y. It's really fun to have them in the same class. Beau has always been our little sports star, (thats why he's able to be in the same class as Lily) but she is doing awesome. They are both very fun to watch. Especially on nice days when they get to play outside.

Ocean City 2008

We had a great weekend camping with old friends and new this past weekend at ocean shores. The weather was a little sketchy, as were our neighbors, but overall we had tons of laughs and a great time. The sweet kids on our way to the beach for the first time.
Saturday was so cold and foggy , we could only see a few feet in front of us.

The kids didn't give it a second thought, (until the walk back of course) they splashed and ran and dug to their hearts content.

These next few shots are just because I think Lily is the most beautiful girl in the world, especially with lots of layers and wind blown hair.

This is Beau telling me how he doesn't like me to take his picture. (He does like sitting next to me right now seeing himself on the computer ... I'll have to remind him of that next time.)

Mmm ... I love when a great dinner comes together so easily. Wild pan seared salmon from the farmers market, purple mashed potatoes and sauted kale from our CSA.

Hopefully I'll have more details soon, but I just wanted to update that our sweet neice Rose McSharry was born yesterday afternoon. She has been in the NICU but is being transferred the regular nursery today. Katie is also doing much better and will hopefully have more of the drugs out of her system today and get back to normal. We love you Matt, Katie and Rosie!

Pray for our sister Katie ... she's being induced right now and she's only 5 weeks. Pray for wisdom and timing for those doctors and peace for her and matt and the rest of the family. We can't wait to meet our sweet neice, but we want her to be fully healthy.

On another note, the kids both had great first days. I got wonderful mommy time with friends, we couldn't have asked for a better day.

Back to School

My babies and our sweet summer days at the park leave me tomorrow for school. Beau will be gone mornings monday through friday. Lily 9 to 3:30. I can't even fathom what it's going to be like, but we'll keep you posted.
