Just a little note to say, yesterday Lily and Beau were sitting next to each other in a chair and I heard Lily say, "Beau's rubbing my hair" I looked up to see him absently watching a show and stroking the back of Lily's head, so gently. What sweet boy! When I told Kyle about it later that day, Beau was listening and reached over and patted Lily again. I'm so glad my kids love each other so much!

We got to spend the day with Kyle's old friend Tim Burns and his wife Chie and son Mitsuki. We had a fun morning together, gave them a tour of Tacoma and then went up to Mineral WA to visit an old friend of theirs, Pam. It was a fun, special day.

Love came down at Christmas

Lily got to sing a song at Soma during December. It was called Love came down at Christmas, but Shawn Colvin. It's still her favorite song to sing, she likes to walk around with our little portable tape player and belt it out. As you can see from the pictures, she did no belting on that day. But she looked so cute!

Some updates from our holidays....

We celebrated my 25th birthday with Nana, Papa, Robbie, Karly, Kellen, Ella, Matt and Katie. It was so much fun, we walked down the street from our house to Engine 9 and had dinner, then we came back and had carmel apple pie, yumm and coffee from my new coffee maker. Lily and Kellen got to sit at their own table and had a blast! I wish we could do that on the 11th of every month :) I love my family!
