We had a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend, full of all of our favorite people and all of our favorite activities! Here are some pics of Lefse day! We spend Saturday learning to make Norwegian Lefse from our aunt Joyce and her daughter Kirsten (on Kyle's side) it was such a fun day, with delicious results. You can see that by the end of the day, Lily and Beau were so worn out from so much baking that they had to snuggle up on the floor for a "snooze" with aunt kirsten. She is so sweet to them! I am so thankful that my kids get to grow up with so much family that love them so much!
